Anyone recognize the cover ?? See TOUCH 1.2 above! the editors must've really loved the outfit! And WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE!? This early Milton Luros publication lists a contributing writer as "Milton Mauler." Could this be a wacky pseudonym of Milton Luros ... or perhaps an inside joke!
